Fresh Turmeric Paste
Made with fresh turmeric root, ginger root, black pepper and lemon juice. Use within two months after opening. Keep refrigerated.
Suggested uses:
1 tsp of paste to 8 oz. of coconut water.
1 tsp of paste to 8 oz. of coffee/tea/water (hot or cold).
1 tsp of paste to 8 oz. of smoothie of your choice.
1 tsp of paste to 1 medium size bowl of cooked meat/veggie/pasta dish.
1 tsp of paste to 1 medium size bowl of hot soup (lentil, tomato, chicken, noodles etc.).
To make JAMU JUICE (BALI’S JUICE) that originates from Indonesia, and primarily contains turmeric, ginger root and lemon.
Add to rice to make turmeric rice.
